With a 3,000-hour Diploma in Massage Therapy (Honours) and a variety of experience as a massage therapist in spa and athletic atmospheres since 2016, I have settled into my role in the clinical setting at Lighthouse.
Utilizing the latest knowledge and evidence-based techniques, I provide massages that are both relaxing and therapeutic. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of my clients.
Every treatment is catered to your specific needs, whether you are seeking help with stress management, a specific injury or illness, decreasing pain, or increasing range of motion. I offer a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, trigger point release and relaxation practices. I am certified in Graston Technique and happy to add that in to any session with client consent and communication. Most recently I have furthered my massage education with a Mastectomy Guide Level 1 certification and look forward to expanding my knowledge in this field.
My husband and I moved to the sunny Okanagan from Northern Alberta in 2019, and we are excited to have settled into this beautiful community and call it home sweet home.
I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, yoga, adventures with my dogs and spending time with friends and family. Outside of my healthcare career I also have a background in Finance and have a certificate in Accounting and Bookkeeping from Okanagan College. I like to keep busy and give 110% no matter what I am doing.
I look forward to meeting you!
