For over 20 years, Lee-Ann has been managing Administrative Operations in both Tech & Finance and has brought those skills to Lighthouse during our time of growth and expansion, to build our team, procedures, and enhance efficiencies throughout our clinic.
She was a patient at Lighthouse for 4 years prior to joining our professional team in 2023 and is a walking example of how chiropractic treatment can enhance the body’s normal function and ability to heal itself when given proper support.
She acquired her Professional Facilities Management designation in February of 2020, just in time for the push to have organizations transform daily in order to meet mandated health restrictions & capacity requirements. In her spare time, Lee-Ann sits on the GEID Water District Board and SD23 Board of Education because she passionately believes that families should live, learn, play & grow in a safe & healthy community.
She & her husband are long-time Kelownians, raised 3 kids & are now happy empty-nesters. When not working, Lee-Ann can be found with a paintbrush, fishing-rod, or a good book in hand; often snowshoeing, rock climbing, or motorcycling.
