Loving working with Dr. J and the team at Lighthouse. I have not been easy on my body over my lifetime. This is a fascinating book on how our whole body relies on many things we don’t take into consideration, such a spinal health, in order to function at our best. Not just physically, but is also linked to our mental health and self worth.

It’s remarkable to see this knowledge put together in such an easy format to read and understand. Each chapter is summed up with a “real life” scenario so you can picture the information in action. It covers all ages, from birth to our senior years and it finishes with a step by step guide on how to improve your spinal health as well as success stories to inspire you journey. Very much enjoyed the read.
