We help motivated (and sometimes overwhelmed) families with simple and effective strategies that rebuild their health so they can focus on what matters most.
If you’re wondering how kinesiology services can help you then hopefully these few paragraphs can make it a super simple decision for you and your family.
First of all, kinesiologists in British Columbia are tested under some of the the highest regulations within North America. They provide safe and effective movement recommendations that are tailored to your specific needs.
A kinesiologist has a 4 year university degree and can focus on several area for their professional career. Performance based training with athletes is a popular option but more commonly kinesiology graduates are looking for a more personal and sometimes a more rewarding career in a clinical setting.
Kinesiology Services at Lighthouse is very focused on proper spinal biomechanics, posture and foundational movement patterns that will allow you to train and perform at a higher level with strength and confidence.
We are clear to point out that not all of our clients are training for a triathlon or ultra marathon.
Most of our clients are mom’s and dad’s, or brothers and sisters who are looking to be their best. That could be at the gym (or in the garden) or just trying to keep up with a growing, active family.
Our kinesiologists are guided by evidence-based science that supports the whole individual, not just your current condition. At Lighthouse we want to shine a light on your best self, not just focus on your most recent injury.
